Where could this
take shape?

Share something you made, tell us about a workshop you are considering, or ask for help adapting the practice to your setting.

This preview prepares notes and images for you to keep. A private intake form is not connected yet, so nothing reaches the project team. You can explore a workshop idea without committing to a date or a public listing.

  2. Add the useful context
  3. Download your draft
What would you like to do?

Choose what to share.

JPEG, PNG or WebP, up to 20 MB. The longest side is reduced to at most 1,600 pixels, with no crop or enlargement. We aim for 200 kB. Animated images become a still frame. For HEIC, first export a JPEG or PNG from your photo app.

Use a link if your example lives elsewhere. This preview saves the address in your notes; it does not open, embed or upload the media.

Keep the context with it.

Include collaborators and an image credit where relevant. This text would travel with the example.

Help someone understand the image if they cannot see it. A caption can explain the activity; this description explains what is visible.

This records your intention in the downloaded notes. Checking it does not send or publish anything.

Keep your prepared files.

The ZIP contains readable notes, the same details as JSON, and a prepared image for an example when included. Workshop plans and help requests work without an image. Prepare it first, then use the download link that appears. Editing your draft removes that link until you prepare a new package.

Download before closing or reloading this page. This preview does not remember a draft between visits.

What happens to an image?

It is decoded and redrawn locally. Its aspect ratio stays the same, transparency is retained, and the original EXIF metadata is not copied into the prepared image. Quality is reduced toward the 200 kB target; very detailed images may also be reduced further in pixel dimensions. Exact dimensions and size are shown in the preview. A file can remain above the target if further reduction would make it too small.

Choosing JPEG for a transparent image automatically uses WebP, or PNG if WebP export is unavailable. No background is added. Nothing in this page contacts an image service or an upload endpoint.
